2. General principles
Personal data is processed only where necessary to provide this website, answer contact and press requests, or comply with legal obligations. No analytics or advertising services and no external web fonts are used.
3. Server logs
The hosting provider may process technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, requested file, browser and operating system. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on the legitimate interest in secure and stable operation. Retention depends on the hosting agreement.
4. Contact form
The form processes name, email address, optional contact details and the content of the request. Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual steps or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for professional communication. Data is deleted when no longer required, subject to statutory retention duties.
5. Telephone, email and WhatsApp
Data sent by telephone or email is processed to answer the request. The WhatsApp link leads to an external Meta service. Data is transferred to that provider only after the link is clicked. Use is voluntary; telephone, email and the contact form are available as alternatives.
6. External links
Links to press-card verification and social media are external links. A connection to the provider is established only when clicked.
7. Cookies
No non-essential cookies are used. Accessibility controls do not permanently store settings.
8. Rights
Data subjects have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, subject to the GDPR, and may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
